This insurance contains a standard excess which is applicable in the event of a claim per Insured Person and is shown in each of the applicable sections of cover and cannot be deleted. You may also be required to pay a further excess under specific sections of your insurance, in the event of a claim, which is additional to the standard excess which also can not be deleted, the circumstances of which are shown below:

(1) For Insured Persons undertaking a trip which involves more than 3 days travel by sea an additional excess of £50 or 10% of the cancellation charges, which ever is the greater and is applicable each Insured Person under the cancellation section of this insurance.
(2) In the event of Cancellation or Curtailment claims due to death, illness or serious injury of a close relative(s) who are 65 years and over an additional excess of £50 applies to each Insured Person.
POLICY AMENDMENTS
1/3/11 Policy excess under the Cancellation, Curtailment and Medical Sections have been increased to £100.
All other sections where applicable the excess has been increased to £60.
Option to discount premium by deleting the baggage and money sections no longer available.
